Genomic data, integrated into decisions for agro-biogenomics

We turn genomes, metagenomes and transcriptomes into clear answers: which strain to scale, what changed in your soil, how to treat an effluent, which biomarkers matter. Every project ends with a recommendation, not just files.

The bottleneck

Sequencing is cheap. Interpretation is not.

I have the genome, but I don't know what it tells me.

Raw reads and automatic annotations with no biological reading.

Is my strain safe, and what can it produce?

Resistance, virulence and biosynthetic potential left unchecked.

Our analyses can't be reproduced.

Loose scripts, manual steps and results nobody can repeat.

Where most clients start

Three flagship analyses

From USD 450

Strain Functional Diagnosis

Know whether your strain works, for which crops and what to combine it with.

  • Genome, taxonomy and plant-growth traits
  • Biosynthetic clusters and safety screen
  • Clear go / no-go / validate recommendation
From USD 500

Microbiome Insight

Soil, rhizosphere or vineyard: what changed with your treatment and why.

  • 16S/ITS or shotgun profiling
  • Differential taxa and functions
  • Field-trial interpretation
From USD 1,200

Bio-input Genomic Audit

Does the product contain what it claims? Identity, purity and risks.

  • Identity confirmed by whole-genome ANI
  • Contaminants and resistance genes
  • Claimed functions checked against the genome
Packages

Turnkey packages and monthly retainers

Prices in USD, before taxes. Lower end of each range for local SMEs and academic groups; upper end for international companies. Cloud computing and sequencing are passed through at cost.

Your starting point

Bring data, use public data, or let us sequence

Your own data

Send FASTQ files, assemblies or count tables with your metadata through a secure shared folder.

Public data

We mine NCBI, ENA, GEO and MG-RAST to answer your question before you spend on sequencing.

Managed sequencing

We coordinate Illumina or Nanopore sequencing with a provider, check data quality and deliver the full analysis.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you keep my data confidential?

We sign an NDA before receiving data, work only on encrypted storage and delete raw data 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep it.

Which file formats do you accept?

FASTQ, BAM/CRAM, FASTA assemblies, VCF and count tables, plus your sample metadata in a spreadsheet.

How long does a project take?

Most projects take 2–4 weeks after data and payment are received. The proposal states the exact timeline.

Do you issue clinical diagnostic reports?

No. Human genomics services are for research use. Clinical reporting is done through accredited partner laboratories.

How do payments work?

50% upfront and 50% on delivery, in USD by international transfer. Retainers are billed monthly.

Can you work with data I don't have yet?

Yes. We can design the experiment, recommend a sequencing strategy and coordinate sequencing with a provider.
